Crunchyroll has that classic old anime. :) (So does Youtube, I believe!)

The original manga was first created in early 1970s and it featured beautiful-looking characters with VERY sparkly eyes (this style was typical of the period, too.) The young heroine is also a dashing gender bender (her father had wanted a son very badly, BTW) who seemed to charm a wide-eyed young princess (the one who would one day infamously say, "Let them eat cake!" and literally lose her head as a result.) "Revolutionary Girl Utena" with the girl acting like a handsome, gallant prince may have been inspired by this old manga story IMHO.

Oh, and the anime itself is not exactly new; it is from early 1980s with its old-school style, of course. :aww: (The very kind where the characters actually look and act MORE like young adults than young CHILDREN like today.)

(Watching the first episode on Crunchyroll right now.)
