Any of you grew up in VERY early 1980s?
If so, some of you probably remember this old Saturday morning cartoon, Hero High, which also features live action segments with costumed superheroes playing in a band.

Many of the characters very closely resemble our Archie friends and small wonder, too. According to Wikipedia, Archie and his friends were originally going to play superheroes in the old cartoon, but the rights to those characters had already expired with the animation studio by then.
Done in ink (both black and colored) and colored with plastic crayons.
